Information you choose to share
LUCÉ may receive your name, email address, telephone number, and the contents of a message when you contact Samantha by email, phone, or text. This information is used to respond to your inquiry, arrange an appointment, and provide the services you request.
Please keep an initial email or text brief. Detailed health information should be submitted only through Samantha's secure Practice Better intake link when you decide to begin coaching.
Free guide and wellness emails
If you request the free wellness guide, LUCÉ stores the first name, email address and consent you provide so the guide and occasional wellness emails can be sent. You may withdraw consent at any time by emailing Samantha. LUCÉ does not sell this information.
Website analytics
The website host automatically records aggregate traffic information, including unique visitors and page views over time. Samantha can use these totals to understand which pages are useful and improve the website.
These website analytics do not tell Samantha the names, email addresses, telephone numbers, or health information of individual visitors.
Outside services and links
This website links to outside services, including Practice Better, Google, Sprout Therapy, and Coral Club. When you follow an outside link, that organization's own privacy practices and terms apply. LUCÉ does not control how an outside website handles your information.
Sharing and protection
LUCÉ does not sell personal contact information. Information may be shared when you direct Samantha to do so, when reasonably required to deliver a service you request, or when required by law. Reasonable care is used when handling information, but ordinary email and text messages are not secure places for sensitive health details.
