Simple, fair guidelines designed to respect your time and Samantha's preparation time.
Booking and payment
An appointment is confirmed when Samantha has agreed to the date and time. Payments are arranged directly with Samantha. This website does not collect or process payment-card information.
The free 15-minute discovery call carries no obligation and no fee.
Rescheduling or cancelling
Please provide at least 24 hours' notice when rescheduling or cancelling a paid appointment. With 24 hours' notice, a prepaid appointment may be moved to another available time or refunded when no customized preparation work has begun.
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, missed appointments, or repeated late changes may be counted as used. Emergencies and exceptional circumstances may be considered individually.
Programs and personalized work
Before a paid program begins, contact Samantha promptly if you change your mind. Once a consultation has taken place or Samantha has completed a personalized plan, written summary, or other customized preparation, the completed portion is not refundable.
Any unused future coaching portion will be reviewed fairly based on the work already completed, resources already delivered, and the circumstances of the request.
Late arrival
If you arrive late, the session may still need to end at the originally scheduled time so the next client is not delayed. Contact Samantha if you know you will be late.
